배치계획
배치계획의 주안점은 지식의 나눔 등 입주민들뿐 아니라 방문자들과도 서로 교류가 가능한 마을, 획일적인 단지의 모습에서 벗어나 유기적이고 자연스러운 소규모 공동체 마을을 조성
외곽도로
12미터 외부도로와 연결된 단지내 도로를 각 단지 외곽으로 배치햐여 단지 중앙 보행자 위주의 공공공간이 도로에 의한 단절되지 않고 공공공간과 사적인 공간이 자연스럽게 연결
골목길
마을은 주거공동체 블럭과 커뮤니티시설, 골목길로 구성되며, 단지내 도로와 연계되는 골목들을 자연스럽게 조성하여 커뮤니티 시설과 주거 영역 사이에서 방문객들과 은퇴 과학자들이 자유롭게 서로 소통하고
지식을 공유하는 열린공간으로 계획, 커뮤니티 프로그램들은 가로변에 연속적으로 배치되어 두 단지를 하나로 연결하는 역할
커뮤니티
커뮤니티 영역은 각 프로그램의 성격에 따라 개별 건물들로 계획, 관리영역과 컨퍼런스홀, 라운지가 연결된 메인동, 중정으로 구성된 쉐어오피스, 세번째동은 도서관, 피트니스, 카페, 다도실로 구성
주거 공동체 블럭
전체 9블럭으로 구성된 주거 공동체 블럭은 주민 전용 외곽도로와 바로 연결되고, 다양한 외부 공간은 공동 텃밭, 주민 교류 공간 등 각 각의 주거공동체 특성에 맞는 테마로 구성
다락공간
전 세대에 다락공간을 설치하여, 수직 볼륨에 의한 새로운 주거 입면 형태를 제시, 거실공간과 입체적으로 연속되는 높은 층고의 다락공간은 은퇴 과학자들에게 연구실, 서재, 작업실이 될 수 있으며, 다양한 주거와 구성원들을 위한 새로운 공간으로서 활용
유니트 평면
각 주거 유닛은 유형별로 일자형, L형, 중정형으로 구성, 주거 공동체내 공동 마당을 통해 출입이 이루어지며, 주요 실들은 개인 마당을 향해 열려있어 채광과 전망을 확보
각 세대 담장과 함께 배치된 개인 마당들은 주거공간과 공공공간 사이에서 완충공간의 역할
Site Planning
The main focus of the site plan is to create a village where residents and visitors can interact with each other, such as sharing knowledge, and to create a small community village that is organic and natural, rather than a monolithic complex.
Périphérique
By placing internal roads on the periphery of each complex connected to 12-meter external roads, the central pedestrian-oriented public space of the complex is not cut off by roads, and public and private spaces are naturally connected.
Alleyways
The village is composed of residential community blocks, community facilities, and alleys, and is planned to be an open space between the community facilities and residential areas where visitors and retired scientists can freely interact and share knowledge. Community programs will be arranged in a continuous line along the streets to serve as a link between the two complexes.
The community
The community area was planned as individual buildings according to the nature of each program: a main building with a management area, conference hall, and lounge, a shared office in the middle, and a third building with a library, fitness, cafe, and tea ceremony room.
Residential community blocks
Each of the nine residential community blocks has direct access to a private Périphérique road, and the various exterior spaces are themed to fit the character of each community, including community gardens, resident interaction spaces, and more.
Attic space
By installing attic spaces in all units, we present a new residential elevation form with vertical volumes. The high-level attic space, which is a three-dimensional continuation of the living space, can be used as a laboratory, study, and workshop for retired scientists, and can be utilized as a new space for various residences and members.
Unit Plans
Each residential unit is organized by type: straight, L-shaped, and mid-rise. Access is through a common courtyard within the residential community, with the main rooms opening onto private yards to allow for light and views. The private yards, along with each unit's fence, will serve as a buffer between the residential and public spaces.
